Bosicor Corporation Limited (the Sponsor) an investment and trading company and sponsor of BPL and BOPL, has set up a new company, Bosicor Chemicals Pakistan Limited. The company was incorporated in April 2006 and the Certificate for the Commencement of Business was received in May, 2006.

The Aromatics Complex will have a production capacity of 17,100 bpd of various petrochemicals.

Detailed financial feasibility has been carried out by Global Securities Pakistan Ltd.

Detailed technical due diligence has been carried out by UOP.

Aromatics Complex will be set up at a leased Site in Mouza Kund estate, owned by BPL at District Hub, Lasbela Baluchistan.

Nine Storage tanks will be built at the Complex Site. The storage capacity of each tank will be approximately 45,000 bbl, which will be used for the storage of finished products.

A product transportation gantry will be built at the Complex Site.
